The room was fine, I like having something besides the bed to sit on. Staff was friendly, my main complaint was the intoxicated tailgate grilles right at the front door checking in. Foul mouthed & total disregard for others coming in. That should have been moved to another area. Also it wasn't essential but the workout room was too small, the pool wasn't heated & no hot tub. There's hotels in the area that did offer that for around the same price. I'm a Hilton fan so I choose your company 1st usually, but I will comparison shop in the future.

The location was fabulous. Easy to find and all the staff were super friendly and helpful! I brought my dog and she was in heaven as there were so many other dogs for her to engage with. Folks hung outside their rooms more at this hotel than anywhere I’ve stayed and we met loads of people. It was a great weekend!!!

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The set up was beautiful. Jody was great keeping everything stocked and clean. Kayla was wonderful with the front desk needs. We needed a new remote for the tv. Kayla was quick, replacing the defective one. The pool was nice. Everyone was very friendly answering questions about local attractions. I enjoyed the outside gathering area.

The room was big, well equipped kitchenette, supplied with dishwasher powder, washing up liquid and bathroom shower gel etc. The room was very clean and well.appointed. The bed was very comfortable. There were many power points and usb charging points. Breakfast was very welcomed and there was a good choice available.

The property was in a wonderful location. There was plenty to do around the area which my family enjoyed. Easy drive to Hot Springs National Park, mini golf close by, and the views of the hotel themselves were spectacular. The property was clean, breakfast was great, and the amenities were exactly as described and convenient. There was a Mexican restaurant nearby that was phenomenal and walking distance.

It’s clean and it has everything you need as if you were at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

Breakfast was a little short on the pickens but other than that our stay was very enjoyable. Staff was prompt and very polite.

The room was nice and clean. We liked the space and mini kitchen. The bed was comfortable. We had a view of the lake and the location was good.
